Business Development Technical Support Specialist

The Business Development (BD) Technical Support Specialist role is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the Business Development Team in Partnerships. This position involves collaborating with various business units to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring technical feasibility, and supporting the implementation of solutions that meet Partners’ needs.
Education & Certification:
- A graduate of 4-year college course, preferably in Business, Marketing or related field.
- With relevant work experience in the life insurance industry is a plus and completed at least two basic LOMA courses.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in business development, technical support or a related role.
- Preferably with sales, customer service, operations or products background in the life insurance industry.
Technical Competencies/Skills:
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of an insurance sales process
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
- Ability to collect, organize and review data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability engage with various levels of managements, staffs and partners.
