Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the department in promoting the company’s construction services, managing client inquiries, and assisting in marketing initiatives to attract new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Maintain and update the company’s client database and project portfolio.
• Research competitors and market trends to support business development strategies.
• Help prepare bid documents, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, expos, and industry networking opportunities.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates and social media engagement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
