How You’ll make an impact
  • By supporting marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries.
  • By identifying new prospects across the business of existing customers
  • By actively seeking out potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • By assessing the suitability of potential clients by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure they are a good fit for the client
  • By conducting research on the prospect and their organisation and leverage thoughtful personalisation in your outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • By qualifying prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity.
  • By using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • By working closely with other BDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging.
  • By assessing the suitability of potential clients by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure they are a good fit for the client
  • By performing research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods
  • By analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads
  • By compiling lists of potential leads to contact with information
  • By developing and implementing email campaigns to attract new leads
  • By collaborating with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers
  • By working on a shift covering APAC time zone
What You Need: Non-negotiables
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 3 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role in a B2B business
  • Experience in Indonesian and Thailand market
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated success of reaching monthly and quarterly targets
  • Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and excel in Sales
