Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning) Technical Lead New

This role is based in Makati City and requires a hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an AI/ML team, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Optimize and troubleshoot AI/ML solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Make key architectural decisions and guide the technical direction of AI/ML initiatives.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure best practices in software development lifecycle management and AI/ML model monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of computer science, mathematics, statistical methods, and machine learning.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Several years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven experience with model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI/ML solutions.
• Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
• Experience in leading technical projects and making architectural decisions.
• Track record of mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
• Background in big data technologies and distributed computing.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML applications.
