Cody Web Dev Inc is looking for a Technical Director and Bridge Engineer. We are a Japanese IT Company who develops websites, applications and enterprise systems. We are a growing team of Filipino and Japanese members and we want you to be part of it!

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

• Working closely with the project manager and the client contact person to define project scope, roles and responsibilities.
• Determining project technical requirements and providing detailed project estimates and timelines.
• Working closely with members and assigning tasks to achieve daily, weekly or monthly goals.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
• Solving technical issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
• Overseeing deployments and new releases.
• Code review.
• Any language or framework is good but PHP/ Java is required.

• Require strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
• Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution
• A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
• Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
• Fluent in Japanese (business level)
