Operations Manager (Live Streamer)
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management
~Oversee the company’s presence on TikTok Shop and Shopee
Set up, optimize, and maintain online storefronts, ensuring high-quality product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.Monitor and analyze platform metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
~Sales Growth and Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase conversion rates, and improve customer retention across platforms.
~Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns, such as flash sales, discounts, and influencer collaborations.
~Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.Marketing and Content Creation Work closely with the marketing team to create platform-specific campaigns, ads, and content.
~Plan and execute TikTok live-streaming campaigns to engage audiences and boost sales.
~Inventory and Order ManagementCoordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
~Work with Assistant Country Manager to resolve platform-specific issues promptly.
~Analytics and Reporting report directly to assistant Country manager and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
~Provide insights and recommendations to improve platform performance and profitability.
