Sales Coordinator
About the Role
Join the dynamic sales team at MMG Group of Companies' as a Sales Coordinator. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales efforts and ensuring efficient operations within the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing- Coordinating and managing all sales-related activities, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organisation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of sales-related tools and resources

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the sales industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales-related software
- Adaptable and willing to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude
