Accounting Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and other financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable duties, including preparation of billing statements, invoices, and official receipts.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile assigned accounts regularly.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and other supporting documentation.
Process monthly VAT, expanded withholding tax, and other BIR compliance requirements (e.g., 1601-E, 2551M, 2307, etc.).
Assist in the filing and submission of quarterly and annual tax returns.
Prepare and monitor Statements of Account (SOA) and support collection efforts.
Process payroll entries, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, and other employee-related statutory deductions (if applicable).
Update and maintain accounting files and records (manual and/or electronic).
Support year-end audit by preparing necessary schedules and documents.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.
Perform other related accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
With 1–3 years of accounting experience (open to fresh graduates with strong internship experience).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
