Paynamics Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team! This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by supporting our internal users, maintaining IT systems, and managing our technology infrastructure.You’ll be the go-to person for solving technical challenges—keeping our systems running efficiently and our employees productive.
Key Responsibilities- Act as first-line support for internal users facing IT-related issues (hardware, software, network).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure optimal network performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and issue resolutions.
- Track and manage company-owned IT assets.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on new systems and tools.
- Follow quality and compliance standards under our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support, system administration, or IT troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of network, operating systems, and application support
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
