Paynamics Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team! This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by supporting our internal users, maintaining IT systems, and managing our technology infrastructure.

You’ll be the go-to person for solving technical challenges—keeping our systems running efficiently and our employees productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first-line support for internal users facing IT-related issues (hardware, software, network).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure optimal network performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and issue resolutions.
  • Track and manage company-owned IT assets.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on new systems and tools.
  • Follow quality and compliance standards under our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support, system administration, or IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of network, operating systems, and application support
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
