Activities

Engage with client subject matter experts to gather requirements.
Convert requirements to functional design artifacts including user stories, business processes, and user interface design.
Assist the development team with estimating.
Define the product backlog with prioritized user stories.
Support ongoing scope definition (backlog refinement) and requirements clarification.
Support internal testing of applications before every showcase.
Support client acceptance issue resolution vs. agreed scope

Other general duties include:

Provide coaching and support to junior staff members
Support pre-sales activities involving estimating and project definition.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience in accounting or digital transformation
