As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to meet the goals of our diverse clients. We’re looking for a proactive expert with a strong background in Google Ads and a passion for driving performance through strategic and creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences and develop tailored paid advertising strategies in Google Ads.
• Research and recommend the best platforms based on demographics and objectives.
• Set campaign budgets and bidding strategies for optimal ad spending.

• Craft compelling ad copy and creatives that engage and convert.
• Design landing pages that drive high conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing to continually optimize ad performance.

• Launch, monitor, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Track key KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies for improved results.

• Use advanced targeting options to reach specific demographics and interests.
• Build and manage lookalike audiences to expand their reach.

• Create detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze campaign data to recommend improvements and optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and strong expertise in Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation and funnel optimization.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and Google Ads platform updates.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Experience with additional digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
• Agency background or experience handling multiple clients is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience working with Australian clients is an advantage.

System Knowledge:

• Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
• Other system/software required: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO
