Employee Movement & Performance Evaluation
  • Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) Compliance in Audit Accreditation & WAIR submission
o Maintains accident logbook or monitoring system of incident reports.
o Establishment of WAIR Committee and prepare DOLE-related reports.
  • Records Management and Human Resources Information System

o Safekeeping and maintaining the completeness of employee dossier (201 files).

o Maintains an updated Information List of employees.

o Accurate processing of records in HRIS (future reference).

o Monitors and identifies employees who are due for performance evaluation as follows:
  • Due for regularization on employee’s 3rd month & 5th month.
  • Performance review
  • Probationary status due to promotion
o Advise Department Heads on employees due for performance evaluation and ensure timely submission.
o Prepares & processes Personnel Action Notice and Appointment Papers.
  • Employee Engagement & Labor Relations
o Labor Relations
  • Analyze Incident Reports and identify possible violations against the Company Code of Conduct
  • Serves Notice to Explain and ensures timely submission of responses.
  • Identifies participants for the Admin Committee Hearing and sets up the schedule of the hearing depending on the severity of the violation.
  • Assists the HR Manager in conducting the hearing and the imposition of the decision.
o Employee Engagement
  • Prepares and distributes government declarations of holidays and alike.
  • Recommends & initiates programs for employee engagement (i.e., new employee intros, birthdays, perfect attendance, section employee of the month,
  • Manages & decorates the bulletin board for occasions such as Christmas, New Year, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Valentine’s, Halloween, Islamic occasions, etc.
  • Conducts & process employee perception survey and submits results to the HR Manager
  • Assist the HR Manager in formulating incentives for employee engagement programs.
o Employee Separation
  • Initiates and oversees employee clearance processing.
  • Maintains and updates records from exit interviews.
  • Maintains accuracy and process last claim computation and prepares payment requests.
  • Ensures complete documentation and release of the last claim of separated employees
Employee Movement & Performance Evaluation
  1. Timeliness preparation, distribution, and collection of Performance Appraisal
  2. Prompt review and submission to the HR Manager of required documents
  3. Status Report on the number of employees for performance evaluation Monthly
Employee Engagement & Labor Relations 1. The number of new & old programs implemented.
  1. Number of participants per program
  2. Number of administrative cases
  3. Employee perception survey
  4. Personally conduct a face-to-face exit interview and present the analysis to the HR Manager
  5. Prepares turnover rate for the HR Manager Yearly
Occupational Health & Safety and Compliance
  • Number of critical incidents & accidents in the workplace report
  • Number of programs/trainings implemented concerning OSH Monthly

Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3–5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  3. Experience in employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  4. At least 5 years working experience as Human Resource Manager
  5. Experience in manufacturing, retail, or corporate HR is an advantage.
