Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time

Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients based on provided lead lists

Engage prospects in conversation to understand their financial needs

Ask qualifying questions to determine if they meet the criteria for our services

Accurately document call details and client responses in the system

Transfer or schedule qualified leads for follow-up with the appropriate team

Meet daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on all calls

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales role preferred

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively

Comfortable working with call scripts and CRM software

Goal-oriented with a positive and persistent attitude

Ability to work independently while following company guidelines
