About the role
Total Staffing Skills Corporation is seeking talented FOH/Cashier, Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Olongapo City, Zambales. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
What you'll be doing- Providing a warm and friendly greeting to all customers
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner
- Handling cash and card payments at the point of sale
- Ensuring tables are clean and well-presented at all times
- Assisting with side duties such as restocking and light cleaning
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and multi-task effectively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
