About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at AP Blue Whale Corp./NORTH TREND MARKETING CORPORATION'. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business opportunities for our dealers and consumer products in North GMA to North Luzon area.As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic role in achieving our company's ambitious goals.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business prospects
- Mentoring and leading a team of sales specialist in the area
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to secure new business
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tires/automotive or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the central and north Luzon market
- Can drive 4-wheel vehicle
