MARKETING LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the production, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, and promotional items.
• Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to and materials are ready for campaigns, events, and sales activities
• Manage the distribution of marketing collaterals and promotional items to channel partners (realty firms, brokers) and branch offices.

• Plan and execute marketing events, such as property launches, open houses, and trade shows.
• Handle logistical arrangements, including venue selection, vendor management, event setup, permits, transportation, and post-event evaluation.
• Plan and coordinate all logistical requirements for regional events, such as open houses, sales rallies, and mall exhibits.

• Ensure marketing tools and resources are available and accessible to sale teams, including digital and physical assets.
• Monitor campaign schedules and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of showroom displays and promotional signages

• Coordinate with internal teams(e.g. sales, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistical and operational inquiries.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business related field
• With at least 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing logistics, admin support or event coordination, preferably in the real estate industry
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and operational workflows.
• Had a strong organizational and time management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
