Structural Design Engineer

Responsible for delivering accurate and complete designs and budget estimates for Land Development, Amenities, and Housing Structures within the agreed timeframe. Prepares additional documents as needed outside the design matrix.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and complete designs and budgets/estimates for land development, amenities, and housing structures.
• Submit additional documentation outside of the standard design matrix when required.
• Manage team members and help develop their technical knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Resolve concerns raised by the Construction Division by answering RFAs (Request for Assistance) and RFIs (Request for Information).
• Recommend process and system improvements to enhance team operations.
• Conduct innovation studies in coordination with the Department Head.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (with Professional License).
• Experience in Residential Building Design (Low to Mid-Rise projects).
• Experience in Structural Design (Low to Mid-Rise projects).
• Experience in Land Development Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in miscellaneous engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in the Philippine Building Code, Fire Code, Plumbing Code, and other relevant local building regulations.
• Familiar with BP 220, PD 957, and other local codes for property development.
