What You’ll Do- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for global clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
- Great English and communication skills
- Upsell and cross-sell offerings to maximize revenue
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction
- At least 18 months of sales experience (BPO, retail, telecom, insurance, real estate, etc.) / OR ANY NON-BPO SALES EXPERIENCE
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable with on-site work and rotating shifts
- Open to HS grads, SHS, undergrads, and degree holders
