Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising investors on fundraising strategies, preparing investor-ready materials, and connecting them with appropriate funding sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on funding strategy, investor targeting, and capital structuring.
• Develop detailed financial models, business plans, and pitch decks tailored to investor requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment theses.
• Identify and establish relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners.
• Manage the end-to-end fundraising process including investor outreach, due diligence support, and deal negotiation.
• Provide ongoing strategic advisory on scaling, financial planning, and preparing for subsequent funding rounds.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational advisors to ensure smooth execution of funding transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting.
• Strong network of venture capital firms, angel investors, and institutional investors .
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to advise on term sheets, cap tables, and investment deal structures.
