Position Title: Business DeveloperReporting to: Territory Sales Manager- Stills/ Region Sales Manager

We are looking for skilled BUSINESS DEVELOPERS to be part of our Sales Team.
Brief Summary of the Role:This role is responsible for the execution of identified Project initiative (Stills Distributor) through compliance with standard routine and achievement of Project Key Performance Indicator
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Accreditation for Still Distributor Partners
- Scouting and creating a pool of Stills Distributor (Greenfield, MLD, Mestizo) as potential
- Coordinate with Stills Distributor partners on the required documents for accreditation.
- Identify outlet opportunities (ABRAHAM / MEDIUM AND SMALL) in the area and stills
- Cross functional collaboration with Commercial, GTM and Distributor in operationalizing
- Provide support to TSM – Stills in the business stabilization of identified Stills distributor
Business Development & Data Management for Stills
- Sell in programs & influence booking during customer visits
- Achieve Monthly Target/SBO
- Ensure AR Collection & Auto Release
- Compliance to DTB
- Utilization of programs ( Consignment )
- Discussion of performance & areas for improvement
- Agreement for next steps for business continuity & growth
- Do in-field coaching and improve servicing with the partners
- Execute Trade Execution programs through driving availability and increase SOM
- Conducting display and Store Activation and validation of program execution
- Prospection and negotiation by opening other type of outlets, linking to retail &
households and validation of Outlets

Qualifications/Requirements
Suitable Candidates will Need to Demonstrate:- Graduate of any Business-Related Courses
- Very Good Communication
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Has a professional driver's license
