The Real Estate Product Specialist plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets for real estate and property-related loan products within a designated branch. This involves generating leads through various channels, managing walk-in customers, building relationships with partners, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the branch's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement branch sales strategies focused on real estate and property-related loan products, working towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the branch's overall goals.
  • Generate leads through organic sales activities, such as networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives, with a focus on the real estate market.
  • Manage walk-in customers effectively, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the real estate loan process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other relevant partners to generate leads and drive business development for real estate loan products.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Asia link’s real estate and property loan solutions.
  • Ensure the quality of loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough creditworthiness assessments, with a specific understanding of real estate financing guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to real estate financing products.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to real estate loan products and the property market.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course, business or finance is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous, preferably within the real estate or financial services industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and explain real estate and property loan products and processes effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
