Accounting Associate / Property Bookkeeper

Location: Mabuhay Tower IT Park

Enrison Holdings Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Bookkeeper to join our team! This position is perfect for recent graduates of any business or accounting-related course, as we welcome fresh talent to help manage our financial operations.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including billing, financial statements, and reports as needed for financial analysis.
• Release payments via checks to suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare daily cash position reports.
• Review and verify documents required for processing payments to suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for the periodic audit of the condominium's financial books.
• Review billing statements before distribution to ensure accuracy.
• Handle inventory management of office supplies.
• Ensure timely payment and remittance of mandated government fees, such as EWT, RET VAT, and others.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy or any business-related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Preferably with around 2 years of experience in BPO operations (not required).
• Knowledge of MS Office and Accounting Software.
• Ability to analyze budget information and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Must have excellent communication skills and a tenant-oriented approach.
