DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee Relations.
• Movement and Performance Reviews.
• Compensation and Benefits.
• 201 Filing and Record Keeping.
• Employee Offboarding.
• Prepare and submit all DOLE related reports and compliances.
• Perform other task which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Keen to details.
• Thorough understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, and labor laws.

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
• At least 1 - 2 Year's of working experience in Human Resources field is preferred for this position.
• Work exposure on Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City, Philippines.
