DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Relations.
- Movement and Performance Reviews.
- Compensation and Benefits.
- 201 Filing and Record Keeping.
- Employee Offboarding.
- Prepare and submit all DOLE related reports and compliances.
- Perform other task which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Keen to details.
- Thorough understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, and labor laws.
Qualifications/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- At least 1 - 2 Year's of working experience in Human Resources field is preferred for this position.
- Work exposure on Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City, Philippines.
