Store Pharmacist (Licensed) - Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure patient safety by checking for potential drug interactions or contraindications.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, possible side effects, storage conditions, and lifestyle choices.
• Provide healthcare advice and promote over-the-counter products when appropriate.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and checking medications and supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) when necessary to clarify prescriptions. • Keep up to date with new medications and treatments.
• Supervise pharmacy assistants and technicians, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent).
• Must be a licensed and registered Pharmacist
• Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
