Senior trade & events marketing associate

Job Summary

The Senior Trade and Events Marketing Associate is responsible for executing trade marketing initiatives that drive B2B demand, ensuring alignment with Sales and corporate strategies. This role manages trade support materials, event-related tasks, and vendor coordination while overseeing performance monitoring and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee trade marketing initiatives, including merchandising, below-the-line (BTL) materials, and sales-driven promotions.
• Manage all printed merchandise used by the Sales Team for selling purposes, including sales tools, giveaways, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute event marketing activities to enhance brand presence in B2B channels.
• Work closely with Sales teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., other divisions, cross-functional teams) to ensure effective execution of marketing requirements
• Oversee procurement, cost negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on trade and event marketing performance.
• Track and monitor budgets for trade marketing activities and events to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze event-specific leads and sales impact, providing insights for future strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in trade and event marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, event marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive process improvements.
