As an SEO Specialist, you will play a critical role in boosting online visibility, enhancing website performance, and driving measurable digital growth for the agency and its clients.

Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Design and execute customized SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase website traffic, and boost conversions.
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed keyword research to uncover high-value search terms and optimize content accordingly.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structures to enhance SEO performance and user experience.
• Technical SEO: Perform comprehensive site audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify and address technical issues.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create and refine SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and SEO best practices.
• Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles and other local SEO elements to strengthen presence in location-specific search results.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools, providing actionable insights and demonstrating ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies to continually refine and improve SEO strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with social media, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO is seamlessly integrated into broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving organic search results.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Skilled in keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
• Ability to perform and interpret technical SEO audits, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with local SEO strategies and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

System Knowledge:

• Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
• Other system/software required: SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, Shopify, Wix
