The Outbound Appointment Setter will support an AUS real estate sales manager to drive business growth. Your mission is to connect with qualified prospects through outbound calls and secure property appraisal appointments. We're seeking someone who's detail-oriented, takes initiative, and brings experience in customer engagement or sales support, ideally with real estate knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting (Primary)
  • Transform our database leads into booked appraisal opportunities through strategic outbound calls
  • Meet or exceed weekly, and monthly appointment targets
  • Present compelling appraisal benefits, handle initial inquiries, and secure genuine interest
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional and engaging interactions
Lead Database Management (Secondary)
  • Keep our prospect database current with precise, up-to-date information
  • Track interest levels, document conversation outcomes, and maintain accurate contact details
  • Manage follow-up schedules and handle appointment rescheduling efficiently
Research, Contract Review & Administrative Support (Tertiary)
  • Gather valuable insights on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to enhance sales presentations
  • Support the quality control process by reviewing property documents and contracts
  • Deliver administrative assistance including organizing documentation, entering data, and preparing client materials

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an appointment setter
  • Experience in Real Estate is required
  • Background in sales support or customer service roles (preferred)
  • Versatility in adapting communication approach to different prospect personalities
  • Experience with real estate software and lead management systems is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and strong time management in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of Australian real estate market dynamics (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Ability to refine and personalize call scripts for maximum effectiveness
  • Excellence in customer interaction and professional handling of questions or objections
  • Thorough and accurate documentation of all call outcomes in our CRM system
  • Must have an ACTIVE PASSPORT - NEED TO TRAVEL FOR TRAINING

System Knowledge:

  • Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
