DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The “front row/middle man” between the company and clients via ONLINE.
- Promotes the product to the customers/clients.
- Assigned to find prospect clients and introduce what the company offers for the benefit of the clients and the company.
- Accompanying the customers through digital aspects or via online consultation
- Advising customers on products.
- Providing best customer’s service.
- Building customer loyalty.
- Updating sales logs.
- Attract new customers.
- Maximize sales revenue and profitability by achieving agreed sales targets and prices.
- Perform other duties assigned.
- Minimum of a short course certification, vocational certificate, college degree, or graduate degree in any discipline.
- With a Minimum of one year's experience working as sales agent/consultant.
- With pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Knows how to deal with pressure and with good customer service skills.
