1. 0 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
2. 1 In charge of store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and store supplies.
3. 2 Responsible for ensuring that delivered stocks are promptly checked and displayed, and that the store shelves always appear full and neat.
4. 3 Assists in customer service by directing customers to appropriate product location and/or customer advisors. Also assists in bagging and in helping customers carry their shopping bags to their vehicles.
5. 4 Acts as in-store security officer, asks customers for their backpacks and other shopping bags to be put away in the package counter.
6. 5 Participates in inventory counts, helps ensure accuracy of inventory reports and keeps shrinkage (expired and damaged) to a minimum through constant monitoring.
7. 6 Regularly communicates with peers and immediate superior regarding product levels, customer queries and other store operational requirements.
8. 7 Ensures that sensitive tasks that may be assigned, such as depositing cash or closing the store, are done strictly following the Company’s SOPs.
9. 8 Strictly follows company policies, standards and store operating procedures at all times.
10. 9 Takes every opportunity to promote and add value to the Healthy Options brand.
11. 10 Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

1. 0 Qualifications
2. 1 High School graduate or college level
3. 0 Work Experience
4. 1 Preferably with relevant work experience in a warehouse or retail store setting.
5. 0 Minimum Required Skills and Personal Attributes
6. 1 Demonstrates basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
7. 2 Good organization and record-keeping skills with an eye for detail.
8. 3 Able to communicate in English and Tagalog (written and verbal).
9. 4 Able to accomplish multiple tasks and work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment while providing good customer service.
10. 5 Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
11. 0 Preferred Skills
12. 1 Warehousing, stock or inventory control, and basic maintenance skills (for fix-up jobs, or for minor or emergency repairs that include electrical and plumbing repairs).
13. 0 Physical Requirement
14. 1 Physically and psychologically fit to assume the position and perform the tasks assigned.
15. 2 Must possess manual dexterity or flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, reach or climb a ladder; and should be able to carry and lift heavy objects, and stand for long hours.
16. 3 Must be a non-smoker
