Job Responsbilities:This role requires a highly skilled individual capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems for Apigee customers, while also providing mentorship and leadership within the support team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Apigee products and architecture, coupled with strong system administration and networking skills.
Technical Skills:- Google Apigee Expertise: Configuration and troubleshooting of Edge Cloud and Private Cloud
- API Troubleshooting: Advanced diagnostics and resolution of issues in API Management and
- System Administration: Proficiency in Linux/Unix or Windows environments for system
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and load balancing principles and their
- Web Technologies: Comprehensive knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, and related web protocols
- Log Analysis & Security: Ability to analyze logs using monitoring tools, and understanding of
- IAM & Access Control: Management of Identity and Access Management within GCP, including
access policies and service accounts.
