About the Role
Our client Inspire Outsource Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This full-time role will be based at Ortigas, Pasig City. As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that align with our growth ambitions, driving business expansion and enhancing brand presence.
What You'll Be Doing- Developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions effectively.
- Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to meet and exceed performance targets and key business objectives.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to create new business opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth and refine marketing tactics.
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing materials, campaigns, and content to support sales and lead generation efforts.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles, ideally within the outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Solid commercial acumen and the ability to analyze data, trends, and customer feedback to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
