Sales Operations Manager - Muntinlupa

Your Role:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will:

• Drive a strong day-to-day operating cadence, including managing forecasting, forecast modelling, territories, and quotas
• Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting
• Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape the company's future go-to-market model
• Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g. customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
• Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as: quota management, territory allocation, audits, report and dashboard development
• Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional partners (operations, sales leadership, finance, and systems teams) to achieve objectives
• Become a “go-to” resource for senior leadership for ad-hoc analysis and projects to drive continued operational excellence

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or an analytical role
• 5+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerPoint and Salesforce
• Able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Experience working in the SaaS or Ads Tech industry.
• Experience in Data Science and/or Data Analytics.
• Experience with AI (Prompt engineering, business process and workflow automation) or a strong and demonstrable interest in learning this space
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to leverage numbers and see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making
• Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
• Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high-priority strategic initiatives
