Telemarketing Agent (Day Shift) - Manila

• Proactively contact potential customers to promote the company's products and services
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Tagalog and conversional English.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
