Sales & Marketing Officer

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager/Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s products or services and driving sales growth. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create promotional materials.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales performance.
• Provide feedback to product development and customer service teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relation Management (CRM) software.
