Responsibilities:
- Update inventory record through data base Property Inventory System of all acquired assets.
- Classify all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) category and enter the serial, engine, chassis and plate numbers in the Property Inventory System to generate a property code.
- Coordinate with Logistics Warehouseman and Motor Staff/Tool Keeper on the proper handling and safety storage of all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) applicable thereat.
- Update and monitor annual certifications, renewals of permits and other regulatory requirements related to Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE)
- Update and Property Inventory System on the records of transfer of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) from existing user to another/end user through Turn-over Form receive and Issuance of Memorandum of Receipt and MR Return Slip of all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) accountable thereat
- Initiate and update item removal/status change in the Property Inventory System for Stolen/Missing Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) including those items
- recommend for unserviceable and recommend for disposal, sold and trade-in
- Coordinate and confirm with PMD Operations Officer on the condition and status of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) for the Property Inventory System update including the removal of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) inactive
- Ensure that all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) is use for approved PDC-MGR-BBDI purpose and not for personal gain
- Meets all financial review dates, report submissions, and corporate-directed programs and activities instructed thereat
- Counter check all approved PO and Dispatch Slip of all items from Logistical and Central Warehouse to Site
- Noted all turn-over, MR’s and MR Return Slips of all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) release and return from respective users
- Accounts and control all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) request for (Maintenance Request, Repair, Rehab and Accessories)
- Approved and collecting rental (if available), negotiate and process contract agreement for any Lease Application (external)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent industry experienced
- Minimum of 3 years in Property Management and Custodianship experienced.
- With minimum of at least 3 years Specialized in Office and Administrative experienced
- Proven working knowledge of the function, operation, administration and office construction related work experienced
- Planning & Scheduling, Leadership Skills, Mechanical and Technical Skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction and transportation equipment operation and maintenance and asset management principles
- Team player, with strong leadership skills who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
- Skills in Microsoft Power point
- Sound decision-making ability with the experience to balance consensus against authority as appropriate
