Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Design, install, and maintain VoIP systems and solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
Configure and manage network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet client requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance our offerings
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial, or practical experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver results is a plus
Proven experience in VoIP and network administration, with a strong track record of managing complex networks
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and VoIP technologies
Familiarity with major VoIP systems and solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
Experience with network security practices and devices, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
