Job Description
Posted on 28 April 2025- Handles day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing documents, and processing HR-related paperwork.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Maintain employee files and HR records, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
- Help with onboarding new employees, preparing necessary documentation, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR matters.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis as needed. Schedule meetings and training sessions for employees.
- Maintain a filing system for HR documents and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee events, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Graduate in Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management / Psychology Graduate
- With an experience in human resources tasks is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Good oral and written communication skills, time management skills and organizational skills
