Call Agent Associate

We are hiring for Call Agent Associate for New Telco. In this full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our customer service call center, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business.

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and effective manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
• Adhere to established call center procedures and company policies
