- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Review and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and payments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
