Project Engineer III - Muntinlupa

What is your mission?

You will work closely with senior management, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Project Operations:

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Help identify and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth project flow and oversee assigned tasks for employees and subcontractors.
• Provide necessary documentation, including daily logs, billing information, and change orders, to senior leadership.
• Maintain an updated inventory of tools and enforce all site safety and security procedures.

Budgeting & Cost Analysis:

• Assist in obtaining competitive bids for construction activities and liaise with utilities and government agencies regarding fees.
• Help draft purchase orders, back-charges, and change orders; monitor subcontractor agreements and address issues.
• Verify and code invoices for payment and ensure receipt of vendor lien releases.

Quality Assurance:

• Support efforts to ensure construction quality meets established company standards.
• Assist in delivering projects on time or ahead of schedule and within budget.
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor cleanliness, organization, and project progress.

• 3+ years of multifamily construction experience with a relevant degree/certification, OR 6+ years of experience without a degree.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, blueprints, and using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
