• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 per month
• Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the swine feed mill, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Overseeing the inventory management system, including stock levels, ordering, and storage of raw materials and finished products
• Generating and analyzing various reports to track production, inventory, and distribution metrics
• Liaising with the production team to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment of inventory
• Implementing and maintaining robust inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
• Supervising and training a team of administrative and inventory personnel
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
