Overall Role Purpose

The HR Manager will play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives.

• Oversee and ensure smooth HR day to day operations including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, employee records.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, training and performance management and employee relations for our call center team
• Prepare and present HR reports to HR Director, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives
• Ensure HR practice compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute the HR aspects of office setup, including workspace allocation and employee facilities.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 12 years’ solid experience in a supervisory role (such as manager, senior manager, head of HR level candidates)
• Must have contact center / customer service center / BPO experience
• Previous experience in managing a team

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal team and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice are highly preferred.
