The Company Doctor implements health and wellness programs. They conduct medical consultations and manage work-related health diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct consultations and thorough physical examinations of employees
- Administer personalized interventions such as medication, wound treatment, etc.
- Work with executives to lower costs of disability claims or other related costs
