About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our manufacturing team at LMTP Corporation in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time QA Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by conducting thorough inspections throughout the production process.
What you'll be doing- Perform systematic and comprehensive inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and quality data, and generate reports for management
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control standards, procedures, and policies
- Participate in continuous learning and training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations
- Contribute to a culture of quality and safety throughout the organisation
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
