The Business Development Officer helps supervise the real estate project, in its various stages, from conception to completion. The job ensures that time, cost, revenue, and quality project goals are achieved.

1. Supervises project development, in coordination with supporting departments:

• Time Table preparation, monitoring, and updating
• Feasibility Studies
• Financial runs
• Budget preparation
• Permits processing
• Price list preparation and updating
• Monitoring of sales performance and inventory
• Marketing activity support
• Technical planning
• Monitoring of construction
• Monitoring of project site upkeep or maintenance
• Product delivery or turn-over

1. Recommends ways to update practices and improve processes in order to deliver administrative services in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Promotes and enhances professional working relationship with colleagues, superiors, and with external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concern.
3. Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives.
4. Submits regular progress report to the Department Manager on various administrative and technical activities and strategic initiatives.

• Graduate of business management, civil engineering, or architecture
• At least 2 years work experience in the Real Estate Business or related field.
• Preferably with one or more years in supervisory role
• Proficiency in oral and written communications, good leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in financial modeling and projections, marketing analysis, formulation of marketing strategies, construction process and project management
• Adept in governmental regulations as regards the real estate industry
