Key Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness, engagement & inquiries through multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Produce engaging content for organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling of content in advance and in real time (reels), community engagement (both on profile and on other communities)
- Work alongside our paid media strategist and digital marketing manager to create & deliver assets & engaging content for social media platforms
- including copy
- using Canva for brand, NGO, and strategic partnerships
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Update content calendars and provide reports on current activity
- Monitor social data and analytics
- Create compelling captions
- Trend monitoring & sourcing
- Increase Google reviews
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, at least with Canva. Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience in managing social media platforms
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
