Role Description
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for responding to customer queries, providing information and resolving issues or escalating/engaging others (Escalation Team) in the Department to provide a solution according to defined procedures.This candidate should be able to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining exceptional professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent with advanced communication (reading, writing and listening) skills
- Candidates with banking / finance / collections / billing experience
- With at least 18 months of customer service experience in inbound/outbound position
- Experience of working in customer service/Email Support/webchat in BFSI particularly in Retail/consumer banking domain is desirable (For Candidates with Exp)
- Familiar with the bank’s core accounting system.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of various banking departments.
- Good Typing skills – Typing speed of 30 wpm.
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
