SEO Specialist

Sortr Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is looking for an SEO Specialist who will be in charge of creating digital content in the legal industry. This role focuses on improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and ensuring compliance with legal marketing guidelines.
You will work closely with marketing teams and legal professionals to enhance online visibility and attract potential clients.
Schedule: 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM PH Time, (Monday to Friday)
Work Set-up: Work On Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to the legal industry to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research focused on legal services, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Optimize website content, blog posts, and practice area pages to improve on-page SEO.
- Ensure all SEO practices comply with legal marketing regulations and advertising standards.
- Implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, speed optimization, and schema markup.
- Execute off-page SEO efforts, such as link-building and citation management for law directories.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to create engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with ethical guidelines.
- Generate SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and legal marketing trends to ensure best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- SEO experience, preferably in the legal industry or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools.
- Experience with keyword research, link building, and content optimization for legal websites.
- Familiarity with law firm marketing, legal directories, and local SEO.
- Understanding of ethical marketing practices and compliance requirements in legal advertising.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO for site optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
