Job Description- Creative Review & Feedback
- Provide constructive critiques on design, layout, messaging, tone, etc.
- Encourage iterative improvement and creative experimentation.
- Maintain a balance between creativity and meeting business needs.
- Mentoring and Development
- Help team members improve their craft—visual storytelling for designers, persuasive writing for copywriters.
- Identify growth opportunities and training needs.
- Support portfolio development and personal projects when possible.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to understand campaign needs.
- Translate technical or strategic requirements into creative briefs.
- Serve as a liaison between creative and non-creative teams.
- Brand Stewardship
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines in both visual and written forms.
- Ensure cohesive voice and style across all platforms (print, web, social, etc.).

- Creative Direction & Vision
- Define and communicate the creative vision for projects and campaigns.
- Ensure design and copy are aligned with brand tone, audience, and objectives.
- Review and approve creative assets for consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Team Management
- Assign tasks based on individual strengths (e.g., visual-heavy vs concept-heavy projects).
- Foster collaboration between graphic artists and copywriters.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and morale.
- Project Oversight
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Balance workloads across the team to avoid burnout and ensure quality.
- Coordinate with marketing managers, product leads, or clients.
Job Qualification
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., BPO, call center, manufacturing, logistics) is often preferred.
- Experience working in the Philippines or with Filipino teams is often beneficial.

- Experience in performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with relevant operations management software or systems.
