• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in a sales support, customer service, or coordination role is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or order management tools.

• Respond to customer and client inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide updates and support to existing clients regarding product availability, lead times, and shipping.
• Support the sales team in preparing materials, tracking leads, and scheduling follow-ups.
• Help manage customer feedback and relay insights to improve products and services.
